Which fuse in 2023 PHEV for DashCam install

Thanks, good to know. No whine with my dashcam. What did you have to remove to get to that bolt? I just crawled into my car, and there are several bolts underneath the brake pedal that could be used I guess.

Which fuse in 2023 PHEV for DashCam install

Use the big shiny screw under the fuse box. Just loosen it a bit, push the wire fork in and screw it in again. Takes less than a minute. I have a '23 model. Is the '24 different and missing that screw?

    B mode

Also "would of" instead of "would have".

    Replacement keys

That appears to work only in older models. My '23 Outlander manual does not have a section about key programming.

Spare wheel / space saver … a Maverick alternative?

The Pirelli SF2 has the 3-peak snowflake symbol, it should be fine in the winter.

Which fuse in 2023 PHEV for DashCam install

Stuart, I know it's been a while, but is it possible that the dashcam hardwire kit has a separate (low amp) fuse just for the camera? I have a hardwire kit where this is the case (just 1A for the camera). Did you charge your phone with the USB-C plug from the dashcam? If yes, your phone...

    Replacement keys

I have a 2023 Outlander PHEV and wanted a third key (we have 3 drivers in the family). Ordered a "blank" (not synced, no logo) replacement keyfob on ebay (US site) with the same FCC ID: https://www.ebay.com/itm/235115348910 Went to my dealer, told the sales manager what I paid ($30 US). He was...

You can get your PHEV to do in excess of 500 mpg, if you drive carefully, and frugally.....

Make sure you run the gas engine at least once every 2 weeks to keep it lubricated and to make sure there is no water accumulation in your fuel. Just a short 5 minute switch to SAVE or CHARGE mode will be sufficient.

    Evse.... 240 volts?

Ooops, wrong Amazon item - they changed the specs since I purchased my charger. It's now a Lvel 1(only) EVSE. This one should work: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BWRGH2K8

    Evse.... 240 volts?

I would not attempt this, there is a good chance it will destroy your charger and possibly your socket, too. Get a 16A portable charger, they usually work from 110 to 240V, e.g. this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BTLK8HXS You can then add an adapter for whatever 240V socket you have...

2023 2023 mitsubishi outlander phev cigarette lighter fuse location

You should be able to use the empty fuse slot in column 1 (left), 4th position from the bottom, between "AIR BAG" and "(IGN_RUN) ELEC PARTS". It turns on and off with the car's power button. If you want permanent 12V (for monitoring while parked), use the empty slot on the top of column 2...

Which fuse in 2023 PHEV for DashCam install

I just checked the fuse box of my 2023 Outlander PHEV with a DMM. I was looking for a fuse that has permanent 12V power - my dashcam has a parking mode to monitor the car while parked. I discovered that there is an empty fuse slot on the top of the second column from the left - between the...

    Accelerator Issue

PotherBulgur How can you have a 2013 Outlander in Dallas when it was first sold in the US as a 2018 model? Is this just a typo or is it a direct import from Japan?

12 Volt Lithium Battery and Accessory Mode.

I removed the panel in my 2023 Outlander and had a look at the battery. It does NOT look like a LiFePO4 battery. From what I can tell, it's a Hankook-AtlasBX size L1 AGM battery (Hankook part number AGM55020). The sticker on top shows "12V - L1 50Ah 420A (EN) MF". You can find it in the...

On Board Navigation Map: TomTom Update

If you live in an area with bad reception for the Google maps in Android Auto, you can download a map of the area and navigate offline (obviously no traffic/ alerts and also no lane guidance). The downside is that you can't download the map for a complete route, so when you really need the...
