Mine has just been to GMD for its first service. No complaints really, however, I was a little disappointed that it came back with a tyre pressure warning and it didn't get a wash. Also, they wrote the wrong mileage on the service paperwork so it appears to have done 2000 miles more than it...

What's the consensus on charging a UK car, with a UK EVSE 3-pin, plugged into a French wall socket with a simple UK-France adapter plug? Is there any danger of damage to the car or the outlet that it's plugged in to, or is this simply a big no no? Many thanks in advance

What would happen on a rapid charger if you hit the emergency stop button? Presumably it would just shut down and stop charging the car it was attached to?

I agree with that. I think what's a little unfair is that any BEV/PHEV can block a charger and not just an Outlander. It's surely the driver's attitude rather than car they drive?

Hi Barrie If you mean the type 1 to type 2 charge cable, the kind for public charge posts, then make sure the extra you pay over the term isn't over circa. £150 as that's what a good quality one set you back. The price to buy the Mitsubishi cable outright, as I recall, was about double that...
