EV system service required,Stop safely,RBS service required

I think it might be something like this. I have a legal insurance option included in the automobile insurance coverage. I'm already in touch with them, I'm just waiting for the dealership to write the warranty denial statement to make things happen. I called the legal department of the...

EV system service required,Stop safely,RBS service required

OK so, I'm the OP, and.......... the car is still at the dealer  They wanted me to come in yesterday to show me damages under the vehicle (that for them I supposedly done) on the battery pack and therefore announce me that the repair will not be covered by Mitsubishi's warranty. I...

EV system service required,Stop safely,RBS service required

My car is still at the dealer, they are now waiting for Mitsubishi to accept the replacement of some cells (as I understood) as part of warranty. I’m pissed off.

    Possible 4WD fault?

We got stuck multiple times with the MY2017 PHEV where the MY13 Renault Koleos (AWD) didn’t (some cross axle, and mostly some inclines where the PHEV can’t start to move without some tricky manœuvre to get some inertia). Maybe you should be able to hear that, as my dealer should be able to...

Another topic on B levels and coasting

Yeah this last video represents what I was waiting to illustrate ;)

Another topic on B levels and coasting

Throttle mapping does depend on B level. I’ll demonstrate more when I’ll get the PHEV back from the dealer that is desperately trying to fix it properly (because yes, I refused to take it back a second time without the proof of a proper fix)

EV system service required,Stop safely,RBS service required

Hi, I’m the OP and I’m having the same issue again, at 17600km. Stay tuned, I’ll try to make a good handling of that issue happen (and report the DTCs).

Milage/Eco display ... what does it mean?

Thanks Anko, you read my mind. Actually I meant to say that both indicators works continuously, as they would on a pure ev or pure gas car. And regen power isnt factored (counted backwards) in electric average.

Milage/Eco display ... what does it mean?

Our PHEV is extensively used in hybrid mode (plugged at home at night, then many miles each day). Both infos are based on the whole driven distance. The average fuel consumption is working when engine is on. The average electrical consumption is counting when power is drawn from the battery...

    Resonated exhaust tip

Your exhaust pipe goes straight to the backbox from the manifold? I’ll try to have a look at mine because it seems to make less noise than a Prius at full throttle

    Resonated exhaust tip

I like a little bit of fantasy and I’m used to CVT equipped vehicles. When the ICE kicks in, I’m mostly on charge mode, and the engine RPM is then related to the pedal position when going low speed (less than 65kph), series hybrid. I use this mode mostly when climbing twisties. As soon as it...
