My year old PHEV has just had its first annual service (pre-paid) & the dealer tells me it was subject to recall for a software update, but could not advise what the effect would be. Anyone know what the update involved please?

I got an advisory from MOT about the cracked DRL / fog light lens - lights still work. Has anyone replaced one of these? Is it a dealer job or fairly simple? Cost/

Handbrake must be on I seem to remember.

I had mine yesterday. £350 inc MOT at local main dealer which seems a lot to me. Due to tester being sick, they outsourced the MOT but that is standard £40 fee. Quoted value exc VAT for service is &194 with the rest being parts, oil etc.

Starting to consider replacing my phev & poring over specs. 4h model seems best for me with SDA. Two users of the car, me on Android and wife on iPhone. Is there any problem switching between Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, according to who's driving / plugged in?

Good vehicle for Motability Scheme I would have thought. A Shame that it isn't possible to pay for upgrade to get powered tailgate.

I'm doubt Mitsu dealers will quibble over the caliper issue. I imagine the firm is trying to avoid a general recall to fit modified adjusters. My dealer couldn't tell me if they were fitting a modified one or not...
