I will need to leave my 2024 PHEV outside for a week in Michigan with no plug (it would not help anyways). I cannot take a cab and I would rather not get a rental as they don't have winter tires (that's a show stopper for me). Anyways I am wondering if it's worth while connecting to the car...

Thanks, I asked about shortening my lease term from 3 years to 2 years and you can guess what the answer was (it was worth asking).

I got a call back from the companies legal dept. They asked for copies of any correspondence with Mitsubishi to be sent to them. I will send them a copy of the letter and link to to the class action.

I called the lease company back again with another question and was told someone from their legal team will contact me.

My lease is for 3 years (bought in summer). If I could reduce the term to 2 years I would only have to deal with another winter and not two. From what I read class actions take up to 3 years.

I am really glad I leased the car and not purchased.

That would indeed be a funny user name. :) You were right to join the class action suit. I like the car also but this is driving me mad. I cannot leave the car at an airport or anywhere overnight.
