Yes, the things you mention also worry me. I believe fitting towbar rack may mean cutting into the rear bumber which I was trying to avoid. If this is not the case then I am open to the towbar option.

I know this discussion keeps coming up but for my 2019 Phev, I'm looking what are the best ( most flush, secure etc) roof bars out there. The steel bars seem cheaper but I guess will weigh more. So has anyone gone for any listed below or maybe suggest any alternatives? Options In the UK...
