Tried it a several Times on my 2018 European Type. with battery-levels (SOC) between 60 and 22%. whatever i try... no chance to get the "Error" message. :cry: No difference to see on the dog or on the guess-o-meter.

I always use one of the USB sockets located in the armrest. there is no difference using the left or the right one.

Try to get your phone connected while it s on flight mode. I tried to connect mine (DOOGEE ) many times, my dealer told me that there might issues with chinese phones. After trying with all other connections closed (flight mode) it worked. greetings from Bavaria
