new 2.4 PHEV Towing a caravan

I'm towing a 1.000kg Caravan with the 2019 Model 2.4. Never had any issues. I start in my village in EV and then switch to SAVE, if I just drive on the same sea level. If I go thru the Alps, I switch to CHARGE instead SAVE. The goal is, to have always around 50% SOC, which is not possible...

First mods from new PHEV driver

This could not be coded. It is different Hardware. You would need the right knob and some extra cabeling from the passenger side to the driver side.

Car broken in to, cant lock the doors.

I don't think they grab the key's unlocking code remotely. Due to your description, they hacked into your ETACS and by this, the changed the coding (maybe by accident).

    EV Range

The Guessometer is nearly useless. 17 miles go be in winter with heating on. I have also only 25km at the moment. In summer time, I had up to 65km. Dealer can read the SOH (State of Health), you can do it with OBD and app (e.g. watchdog, but I don't trust this numbers) The PHEV is always AWD...

    Keyless entry problem

This happens from time to time. When you use the buttons (lock/unlock), keyless is working again. Haven't figured out, which rule this is following, but had it many times. I would say, this is by design. I don't care at all.

    Irritating brake noise

It is from factory. Some dealers in German change them on warranty, some refused. Mostly, it is a "cosmetic" thing, not infecting normal use. I will try to get them exchanged on warranty in spring.

    Irritating brake noise

Unfortunately, this break clicks are "normal" for the Outlander (not only PHEV). I have it and in a German forum, another 10 people have it. The brake pads move around and make this noise. You can easily reproduce it but going back, break and then forward break. But it should go away, will...

What Mileage before the clutch goes?

This clutch is only in charge/used, if the car switches to series or parallel mode. The SW does not record this use. Normally, this clutch will last much more longer than the hole car. So also I have to ask, why to you think you need to change this clutch?

    Rear USB Port Conflict

One answers is already there: buy a power only cable. Second could be (what I have done), deactivate CarPlay on your kids iPhones. Third one, but not easy, change the USB Port to a charge only port.

    Heated Front Windscreen

In some countries, you can have a heated frontscreen. If you have this option, the hole screen will be heated. There is no coding option to change the temperature.
