2018 PHEV Ooutlander wont charge

My 2018 outlander won't charge, either with the factory charger nor a brand new one that I purchased. It briefly clicks, and then after a few seconds, will unclick. So it can't be the cord or charging terminal.
Thoughts??

Where do you live.

Are you using 120VAC in North America or 220VAC elsewhere?

Check for charging timers set up (via the main screen, or the app, whichever you have/use).

When I plug in my car, it makes a couple of clicks and clunks, and then waits for the charging timer to say: "Go".
