2019 PHEV exhaust problem

Hi.
On my 2019 PHEV outlander there was a rattling from the exhaust. It is from this bracket in the photos. I can’t find what it was there to do. The hanging bracket further up is intact. I was hoping to replace my self but I couldn’t understand where it went from diagrams online. The exhaust isn’t loose. Any help would be appreciated.
