Hello,
Does anyone have the U.S. parts list (or factory part numbers) for the factory tow package for the 2023 Outlander PHEV, with the vertical hitch - that also includes the "earth" bolt, a hitch extender, wiring harness, mount and ball?
The vertical hitch faces straight down to the ground, is directly behind the muffler, and requires a specialized part to reorient the vertical hitch and extend it out to a horizontal receiver - but I can't seem to find the parts anywhere on this package.
It is a clever design, but without the hitch extender, you aren't going to hook up anything to this vehicle and somehow my vehicle ended up with just the vertical hitch and no other parts (another story for another time).
