Loving the Forward Collision Mitigation System with Adaptive Cruise Control in the drive in to the office this morning. Today is the day that most regular road users in the UK dread 
1st day back at school after the long summer holiday break of no parents taking their precious loads to school
Set the FCM/ACC and manually preset my safety distance; journey time was doubled because of traffic, but the PHEV took the load. Glad I waited for the HS which harvested regenerative energy more efficiently than I was previously doing manually - hmmm.... I am clearly a late brake-er
