The probable reason why most of us have bought a Phev (apart from the obvious BIK for company cars) is for fuel savings. I'm a predominantly short trip user and I filled up the car over 2 weeks ago, I've done 255 miles since and the fuel tank is still full!! not sure what mileage i'll have done...

After an overnight charge my car will read about 22 miles for EV, however, whether the heater fan is on or not, if I switch it on then switch it off again it reads 33 miles!!!!
I agree, the preheat feature is by far the best thing about the Phev, activated while I'm in bed and by the time I get out there it's cleared and toastie, the instant rear demist is a bonus too! whatever you might think about the car in general this will keep me happy to drive it!!
