As much as it hurts me (yes, Mitsubishi has delayed the Outlander PHEV again in the US), congrats! :lol: Thanks for posting the pictures and sharing your experiences, I'm glad I can at least live vicariously through owners on the forum until the plug-in comes here!

Did you look in the fuse block, likely under the dash on the driver's side? There is usually an empty spot or two, where you can put in your own fuse and run a wire from there to your lights at the front.... I don't have my Outlander plug-in yet, so I can't help out :(

Luckily you bought a plug-in hybrid and not just a plug-in :lol: Is your commute of 15km flat ground, or downhill both ways? You might be just able to make it on EV power, but with gasoline for heat in cold temperatures.

This should be ontopic I think! The motor is quite quiet I agree from a test drive I have taken. Some day I will have my own Outlander PHEV but there are too many to wait for being ordered that Mitsubishi has told me to wait!

Thanks for sharing these numbers, it is fun to see what someone in real life gets when compared to what the real Mitsubishi numbers are for the Outlander plug-in hybrid.

Thank you for your responses. Yes, I would be using a tyre that ends up within a fraction of the same dimensions so that power/speed etc will not be changed by very much. Sounds similar to a truck to me, and there are lots of snowtyres for 16 inch truck rims that are highly qualified I think.
