    Tyre wear

    On the original TOYO Tyres: front tyres lasted 45 K. Replaced with Sailun Terramax CVR. Original TOYO rear ones last 86K... yes 86 K...replaced with Sailun Terramax again... fantastic to drive. The front ones has to be changed again at 75K. car now done 96500 miles. It's 4 years old. March 2015...

    Mysterious beeping

    4 days ago I started having one long beep followed by two short high pitch beeps. when driving it keeps happening.. when turning off the front parking sensors, the beeps disappear... still getting it on starting the car... Yes I agree it might be the parking sensors

    UK Government to change Green Allowance from 9th November

    keeping my PHEV... been saving me £ 2800 on fuel when compared to my E class Merc. it's now 3 years old... had it 6 months old as ex demo. bought for £27000. Very happy so far. £.135 to charge every day... charging it near work with Charge master in ASDA. Very happy....

    Winter Tyres?

    glad to say that original Toyo rear tyres has done 80 thousand miles... still legal to drive... had the car for 3 years now... front ones were changed at 43 k miles with Sailun terramax CVR.... no issue at all will change the rear ones probably after another 2k miles with Sailun Tyres...

    stopped on J14 M4 westbound Ecotricity chargers, one of them faulty, the other says charging...but no car it seems that the previous user did not stop the charging properly so no one was able to use it after him.

    I did have the Flash Lube system with the flash Lube lubricant runnig at one drop every 6 seconds. might have delayed Valve seat recession but did not prevent it. German and english cars will not sffer from this problem as the Japanese cars.this is my worry about the outlander conversion...

    Very Helpful info have not tried the A/C yet with heating, no change in the actual range as long as the heating will not exceed 22 C on 23.5 C, the Battery lasted 5 miles less on a 27 miles journey My son always turn on the seat heating... ! ! ! can not do much about that....

    when I use the heating to 22C, no problem, the moment it goes to 23-23.5 the petrol starts kicking off. go down to 22C, petrol switch off. just what I have noticed on my car. would using the heater drain the battery faster? honestly i have noticed anything like that yet...same milage am...
