Problem with remote charging/timer App.

I have a 2016 version PHEV and the 'apple ipod' i used to control the charging timer/remote heating controls has now gone defunked. I'm looking to instal the original app onto another apple device and wondered if anyone has a link to the correct app version. I tried the most recent incarnation, but it doesnt work. I cant even access my current 'ipod' to ascertain the app version number etc. Anyone have any ideas how i can regain this functionality?
