Reversing Camera

Can anyone tell me why the image when reversing sometimes shows the guide lines and sometimes not, even when there is clearly a potential obstacle?

The camera has no idea whether there is an obstacle or not. It just shows an image on the screen.

The lines are 'merged in' by MMCS itself. When you select reverse 'immediately' after starting the car, when MMCS has not yet properly booted, there will be no lines. So, it is mostly experienced by people that back out of parking places.

So camera need to be activate on LCD without the "MMCS assistance" in the first few seconds of drive
