Hi all - please can you advise where best to get PHEV parts at low prices?

I need a back bumper (wraparound) and back lights-on-body, and possibly a side panel, sned offers to [email protected]

but seeing ridiculous prices from Breakeryard - I would be better off to get it hand-repaired using fibreglass

Depending on the damage, there's places that do plastic welding that may be able to sort your existing one, worth looking around to see which body shops or specialists are near you and get them to estimate the repair cost.
