Try "Corrosion Block ACF-50 Grease" it's also good for rubber and wont wash off easily, but you might have to top it up once a year. It was recommended to me some years ago when I had mice chewing some items in my garage, it stopped it happening.

Very easy to change the front ones, never tried the rear one. If anything like the wife's car the rear wiper was not a standard item and had to be brought from the Dealership along with the wiper arm!
