Had my second service yesterday, at a different dealer after a really poor experience with another one.

Have to say it was chalk and cheese! much, much better.

Friendly and relaxed, as requested they had arranged a suitable (for my work) courtesy car, an ASX that
although it had quite a few miles on it was impeccably prepared.

Picked mine up at the end of the day nicely washed & valeted, checklist in the service book with no issues reported.
Much more how I have always been treated by all the other brands I have owned.

They will get my business from now on.

By the way, I am not a fan of the new style front on the 2016 PHEV, they they had a couple in Black and
I have to say it really suits it, look more integrated and cohesive design.

Had my first complimentary service at 2000kms but due to it being a demo vehicle they said it was overdue for its 15000km service. Initially I thought they were justifying charging more but they happily said they will do it for free anyways :)

In addition to that as the car has ~2500km on the clock and next service is the 30k they have written a letter to move the warranty start date forward 15 months!

Best damn service I have ever received even compared to previous luxury dealers

This was at standard Mitsubishi service centre in Australia
