How to delete history for re-sale

The three year lease on my PHEV concludes this week, so I am getting the vehicle ready for hand back. I want to delete my travel history from the maps and phone contacts for privacy reasons. I have done a system reset on the entertainment unit, a reset on the dashboard menu, and unpaired all phones. Is there anything else I am missing?

Delete your home address from the address list in the maps, if you haven't done that already.

Mine came with the home address of the previous owner.
