How to deregister my broken smartphone?

I have registered two devices already to use the PHEV APP
But now my S5 is broken,the display is broken.
So how to deregister my s5?
But I have my Iphone 5s connected to the app
And I need to add my new phone replacing the old one.
Any advice?
My 2nd phone is a Oneplus one(FYI)
