LOSING STORED RADIO STATIONS

Hi, I have a 2008 outlander (Olympic edition)and have noticed on about 3 occasions in the last 8 weeks that I lose my stored radio stations.

They are fine whilst I am driving but on the odd occasion , the following morning or next time I re start my car the stored stations are no longer.
Sometimes there is a msg on the screen saying "updating computer details" or something like that and all my stored stations have disappeared.

Any reason why this is happening, its actually quite annoying having to restore the am and fm stations all the time?

We have checked my battery thinking it may be the battery not connected properly but all seems ok in that area.

No idea. The MMCS on the Outlander PHEV may well be different.

Well, I have almost the same problem on my 2013 PHEV.
The stored stations change and sometimes the station is on a differnt position, sometimes it`s a new station on the preloaded position.
No difference with RDS Reg on or off
I need to restore the stations almost every day.

Must be some SW issue...
