You don't say how old your car is but we in the UK had our brakes dealt with several years ago - perhaps they have only just realised they missed those exported to Ireland. :idea:
 
Mine had a 67 Plate. Build year 2016, Last UK owner in 2020. Surprising it wasn't caught. Had a good MOT record. Last MOT expired 21/9/2021.Last test 9/9/2020.
DVLA say this is a new recall, only issued 27/2/2022.

Went to dealers this morning, one caliper seized completely, other one not far off. Waiting on replacement parts.

Reading my recall, its the Caliper shaft itself seems to be the issue, rather than the shaft boots, however the same recall code is used, R30404.
