Pod Point EV public charging point

Anyone else had a problem trying to get a Pod Point EV public charging point fixed?
Our local one has been inoperable for months and Pod Point don't seem to be in a hurry to repair it, despite several reminders, and the Council aren't interested, even though they enjoyed the publicity when it was installed in their car park.
Any ideas?

While they are effectively free, you can't be too surprised that nobody rushes to fix them!

My experience of pod point for my personal charging point has not been very good.



Just because something is free ( it is not free if you pay tax as these things are government funded) does not give the excuse for poor service.
