Has anyone experienced (or heard of) rodents getting into an Outlander PHEV and eating the car?
According to a garage that is what happened to my Outlander PHEV, the rodents will chew high voltage cables in the drive chain, and there is nothing I can do to stop them except park where there are no rodents. Which countries have no rodents?
See attached photo of rubber parts apparently eaten by rodents, before those rodents went deeper into the car and chewed the cables that stopped parts of my car from working. No droppings or carcass found though.
I want to collect more information before challenging Mitsubishi directly.
