Your recent prices/deal of 2018 Outlander PHEV GT in LA?

Hi, New Outlander member here. I am shopping around in LA for a Black 2018 Outlander PHEV GT. In California, We could have $5800 fed tax rebates, $1500 state rebates and $450 from Edison so I think it's well worth to get a plug-in hybrid.

Can any LA member post the most recent price you paid for versus MSRP or simply the % discount of the MSRP before taxes & fees? Currently by email, I got some 14% to 16.6% off MSRP from 2 dealers in LA in a few emails. Most dealers posted their discount prices on line in LA. I am trying to nail down a good deal this weekend.

We bought a SEL version 2 weeks ago. I would say just make sure that “extras” accessories is what you need.

I had my heart set on a red one (new HOV sticker is red, my excuse, of course). But the dealer only had a red one with “PHEV” lively ($295 extra). We ended up taking the white one, paying $200 extra.

It was first time we are buying Mitsubishi. Our experience was very different from Toyota. I think lower brand recognition level makes salespeople less uptight.
