    Help!!!

Thanks for the replies. I don't usually bother with the key slot (certainly not anymore !!). But I agree I must have left it in a way that the aux battery drained. I jumped it again this morning and it has come to the Ready state and I have driven the car with no problems except that the...

    Help!!!

I went to shut my windows which were all open and found the car dead, only a blue light on the start button. The local Mitsu garage told me where to find the +12v point and by using jump leads I was able to bring up the display. I believe the message was EV SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED STOP SAFELY...

Is it 15 litres or 4 gallons?

I have had the error message telling me that I hadn't used sufficient petrol in the previous 3 months and telling me to add 15 litres or 4 gallons. As a precaution I added 4 gallons but wondered if I could get away with 15 litres? Actually when it happened the tank was too full to put that...

Unable to change settings using remote app.

Please can anyone suggest a reason why I am unable to make any changes remotely? I wanted to delay the auto light start but other things won't change either. I have tried from an android and an iPhone.

    a Few Q's

Try pre heating for 5 mins. Set the timer to start at 0725 and open a door at 0730 and it will stop.

    Real consumption

I owned a RAV4 hybrid before the PHEV. There were 2 reasons to change. 1) The load space in the RAV is not flat, I thought I could live with it but I couldn't. 2) My driving profile suits the PHEV. I make mostly short journeys and I was finding that the RAV never really made best use of the...

    Heater

When I press the Temp buttons nothing happens unless I have pressed the star (A/C) button, only then can I adjust the temp values.

    Heater

I have a G3H+ which apparently has an electric heater. I can't see a way of switching it on without the A/C? I have searched previous posts but it is so basic that I can't find the answer.

    2 problems at once

Yesterday I plugged in the car to charge but the green led just kept flashing. I used my tablet to check if I had a timer set but it would not connect - said out of range. I then sat in the car with it connected and I found a timer set for Sunday overnight but nothing on Tuesday. I reset that...

    Charge and fuel consumption

Does your 72mpg take into account the initial cost to charge?

    Charge and fuel consumption

I am also a fairly new owner but maybe use the Save button when not in town, still gives you 40 Km urban per day.

    Maximum EV Range

I drove 27 miles today with some regen and arrived home with guessometer reading 4 miles and small amount of blue on battery gauge (3h+ so no MMCS)

New owner haven't got a clue. Help and tips needed please!

I wasn't sure exactly what value to put there and I agree less is best. For the benefit of the OP to add to (6) if the journey is greater than the EV range and the Save button is used only use it enough to realise the sort of value we have been discussing on reaching home (IMHO)

New owner haven't got a clue. Help and tips needed please!

There are 53 pages in this section, nearly every topic must have been covered, the best thing would be to start at page 53 and work back. However I have owned one for 2 months now and here are some suggestions if you want the best economy; 1) use a very light right foot. 2) stick to speed...

    Rain inside charging compartment

We've had heavy rain all afternoon and although the charging compartment is on the leeward side I was surprised to see water inside. Is this normal?
