2 problems at once

Yesterday I plugged in the car to charge but the green led just kept flashing. I used my tablet to check if I had a timer set but it would not connect - said out of range. I then sat in the car with it connected and I found a timer set for Sunday overnight but nothing on Tuesday. I reset that timer and reseated the plug and it began to charge however the tablet would not connect anymore even being next to the car. Today all seems fine and the tablet connects from in the house ....... any opinions? (it's a g3h+ model)

If you press 2 times in the key timer button it cancel the timer and start charging.
Try it next time
