    2018 4HS Headlight default adjustment

Have had a look and can't see a definitive answer on this so apologies if it has been covered to death before. Have a 2018 4HS which I believe has self levelling lights on it. Is there a way to change the default position/level so they point down a bit more than they do at present. Slightest...

Is a charge point necessary/worth it?

On my second outlander phev now. Had first one 4 years and put an outside waterproof garden socket in when I got the first car. Have had no issues at all with just using the supplied lead. Only thing is to use the hanging rope to support the unit and not hang it just on the plug itself. I lock...

2019 Outlander PHEV reviews and what we know

New 2019 Phev turned up this morning. Have been driving a 1st gen 2014 GX3h since Oct 2014. Upgraded to the 4HS this time and other than the new toys on it a few observations after a short drive - town driving up to 40mph. Driving dynamics felt greatly improved. Don't know if the facelift 2016...

Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV 2017 UK - parts

I had to source a headlight for mine and got it from a breakers. Facebook page is Mazda and Mitsubishi spares ltd. Little bit of a delay on postage and had to follow up with them twice but they came through in the end with a near perfect unit that was £200 cheaper than buying new. Might be an...

    Anyone going for another one?!

Current lease on a 2014 Gx3h ends in October and just signed up on a lease for the new 2.4l phev (4hs this time so a few more toys). Lease prices are quite a bit higher than the £275 a month I've been paying but think part of that is the £2500 reduction in government grant plus the addition of...

Trying to source a Halogen Headlight assembly for a 2014 3h

Was thinking that but it's a lease car (depends if they're likely to spot the change on return and would they care if it's upgraded? Pretty sure it'll be straight on it's way to an auction house as its 4 yrs old). Would there be any variation in wiring loom/electrics side of things between...

Trying to source a Halogen Headlight assembly for a 2014 3h

Yeah have been. Mostly Xenon as that's the majority in use. Other's I've seen all had damage or been European so beam pattern wrong. Got another month or two to source one so fingers crossed one crops up.

Trying to source a Halogen Headlight assembly for a 2014 3h

Lease car goes back early October and need to replace drivers headlight which on the 3h is Halogen not Xenon. Struggling to find one in good condition without paying £580 for a new one (supply only!). Thought I'd try my luck on here.

    Split seat stitching

 4 months on and the second seat covering has started to do the same - seam splitting at the join between the vinyl and fabric, exactly the same position as last one - only done 1500 miles since the last one was replaced under warranty. At 6'6" I'm not average size/weight but construction...

    paintless dent removal

Got to agree. Have mine on lease and going to have a nice bill at the end to get someone in to repair small dents and stone chips it seems to be picking up at every opportunity.

    Driving Position - Seat Height

6'7 and its perfectly comfortable and I can fully adjust the seat height. Have a GX3h without the sunroof which I felt made quite a difference on headroom.

    Split seat stitching

Noticed the stitching on the drivers seat is splitting. GX3H. Where the fabric section meets the faux leather edge. Only a year in so not great. Anyone else had a problem or is it the car's way of telling me to go on a diet  Hopefully get it sorted under warranty.

    Adhesive on headlight

Lighter fluid tried too. No joy. It's like it's bonded with the headlight. Will have a chat to my local garage see if they've any suggestions to polish it out or keep my eye out on ebay for a replacement.

    Adhesive on headlight

Following a trip to France where I had some stick on beam deflectors on the car I've been left with some adhesive residue on one of the front headlights right in front of the beam and can't budge it. Have tried hot soapy water, heating it with a hair dryer, wd40 and nail polish remover with no...

    TIP, TRICKS and MODIFICATIONS

Whilst driving you can jump to B3 then straight to B5 without using the paddles by tapping back on the gear selector (once to B3, second tap to B5).

Bluetooth video audio not in-sync (Android Xperia Z2)

Have the same thing when watching video (have a tablet set up for the kids for long journeys). A good 2-3 second delay from video to the audio playing. Have tried this on Ipad, Samsung s3 and kindle fire. Same for all of them and doesn't seem to change between the type of player being used...

Concept? Mitsubishi Phev - global debut of the XR-PHEV II

Nice 3 door model Phev at Geneva motor show (at least think it's a 3 door). Not sure if concept or production? Hopefully posted pics ok. Not sure about the rear end or interior but like the more aggressive front end styling.
