First: Don't know the answer but mine always did start on satnav and I only wanted radio but it now always starts on radio and I've know idea what I did that changed it. Second: Never had camera or sensors before and hardly use camera now but if I reversed to red line it wouldn't touch anything...

I've done several tests with mine on the motorway and I get 33 mpg at 70 mph using cruise control.

As the meter is part of the unit that sends the data signal maybe it was just the sending of the data that was the requirement. I can only remember the fitter saying I had to have that unit in place for a certain period to comply with the subsidy. Alan

Mine was fit by www.solwayrenewables.com unbelievably they are the only independent company that covers Cumbria. The meter is incorporated in the unit that sends the signal. Alan

When my power point was fitted they put a meter in showing how much power you use. Fitter told me I had to have this in as it was part of the subsidy agreement. Alan

I think the battery distance is better on twisty roads than motorways and 25 to 30 on a full charge is very achievable. I have found mpg on a long run 30 to 33mpg. If you can charge while at work then that would be it really cost effective. Alan

In the UK it seems a few councils have joined chargeyourcar.org.uk You need to register a credit card and pay £20 for this first year access card. Most locations have free charging at the moment and also free parking at some. A few motorway services use electric highway you can get a free card...

When I got mine the max I could get from a full charge was 24 miles this decreased over 6 weeks to 15 miles. I returned it to the dealer who had it for 2 days and said they could find nothing wrong. Since I got it back I get 26 to 30 miles. Alan
