Hi all, been a while since last postings... Anyway, 7 months in owning our PHEV and all 'was' going well..... She's been paying the 'lease' through salary sacrifice and we've managed well with the reduce wage income, fair enough. Fast forward to this months pay slip, and her tax code changed...

On these hybrids, just HOW do work out the MPG?? I'd like to know how to, but when trying to factor in electric usage, it's getting complicated..... :oops: It's also to know if she's getting the best out of the car... :roll:

Out today for a 'run', and ended up going up Sutton Bank. We had the car in charge mode at the time, but going up the bank, if you know it, it is a 25% gradient IICRC...... But found the car's engine to be screaming it's arse off going up... OK, we'd expected the engine to 'work' somewhat...

Ok, we ordered our car early January, and are still waiting (fair enough..... ish). So during that time, we sourced someone to install the home charger, for free as some have been starting to charge - excuse pun... This is our problem... After having the charger installed, OLEV have 'refused'...

Where's the best place to get floor mats for a PHEV? People are probably going to say eBay, but just WHO from, who gave best quality and price etc?? Also, what can we do to the Outlander other than mats even though it's a lease car - what are we allowed to do to it etc??

We're going for the tethered cable for the home charging point, and that comes with a 5 meter cable. So, I guess we'll need to buy our own for when we're out and about when I need of a charge from a standard charging point (unless we use a DC fast charger?), but should we go for a 3 or 5 meter...
