Charges before the ferry queue so that heating or cooling can be used without engine while waiting. :D Charging can certainly be used to advantage before uphills when pulling heavy trailers. :P

What is "a long time"?

Display shows charging on and off some times when engine starts, normal? While driving and the engine starts to recharge for the first time on the trip, the display shows that charging is a bit on and off a few times before charging evenly. Does it work like this with the rest of you as well?

That is aprox 2% of the 'car with driver' weight. Weight is one parameter, wind resistance another (which is unchanged by weight). So maybe 1% difference in energy loss with full tank?

AC = Air Condition = Cooling. It is used also in cold weather in addition to heating because it dries the air. Pressing the snowflake button only turns off cooling.

Does the 4WD button work on both driving and regeneration (braking with charging)? Ie in slippery steep downhill in winter - will the 4WD button also distribute the regenerative braking 50/50?

When starting (turn on) the displays shows a small white button with arrow above. Anyone know what this means?

Have not tryed but expect it to keep the battery full (engine on/off as normal hybrid mode). Like hitting Charge on full battery does not start the engine.

It is documented and can be changed by MMCS menu (if you have), by mobile app. and as described above. The same goes for the resirculation button. What do you want to do with the Eco, Save etc? There is no auto button involved in those.

Yes, that is my experience so far. Even in cold weather when heat is needed it also start the AC. Was just wondering why? And - can the AC run on various power? (Normally AC is on or off).

The cars gets additional protection upon arrival in Norway. But it is only a superficial treatment on visible places. Perhaps it is necessary to have a proper treatment where things are dismantled.

Is there higher risk of future rust with sports package? Or better protection? Sport package consists after what I see plastic covers in the wheel arches and along the sides. How is these attached - and is there added some extra rust protection underneath? This might give an increased risk for...
