2021 PHEV not charging at home Easee or public charge points

I have had an Easee Home charge point fitted recently, the battery charged okay on about 4 occasions but since the last on 9th April it starts and finishes within seconds. The display in the car reads "EV charging needs maintenance" Has anyone else had any similar issues with Easee Home charger points?

Should have mentioned that it does not now charge at public charge points but is okay with the 3 pin charger that came with the car.
