MMCS answer phone problem

Hi Guys, can someone help me about on how to fix this, my phone is connected to the Bluetooth of the car,
but when I call or try to receive a phone call, it doesn't pick up, and if I do answer it over the phone and I try to
end the call. it doesn't end if you use the buttons on the steering wheel.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting it a few times, its still the same thing

oh yes, I forgot...
Samsung S6 Edge android phone on lollipop version...
might worth mentioning it, used to work OK before.
don't know what happened

Is your wifi switched off? I have read that Wifi conflicts with Bluetooth sometimes and causes strange behaviour . Not sure if this applies to your problem though.

My Samsung S3 has a similar issue, audio sometime only runs through the handset ...

My iPhone 4 works fine.

My iPhone SE was a pain to register ... though not made any calls with it yet.
