Just an update on this since i started the discussion! They actually replaced my charger free of charge. It was however only a year old at that time so that possibly had something to do with it. The new charger does seem a bit more robost however so they obviouslt knew they had a problem.

you dont want to track it! it will just leave you frustrated when you see the ship has docked and then takes a further week to be unloaded and then probably a further week or so at the Mitsubishi factory!
