    Sat nav

The SatNav is very average anyway - we always cross-check the chosen route with Google in advance, and have a phone running in parallel to give us better warning of changing traffic conditions along the way. Use a decent SatNav or a phone - will be much better and save you €€€€€€€€€€€

    Leasing UK

Ah, yes, on a personal lease - I made an unfounded assumption that you were looking for a business lease: sorry!

    Leasing UK

That doesn't seem especially good value to me. We used Nationwide Vehicle Contracts (https://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk) for ours. A Jura, on 48 months and 8k miles is currently £267.95 a month, with 3 months rental as a deposit.

    Sidemirror repair

Excellent information and very timely... ...a reversing van and trailer has damaged my passenger side mirror; details exchanged but I very carelessly lost those of the culprit so am left to fund the repair myself. It all works, and the glass is fine, but every bit of plastic is damaged meaning...

Radio FM RANGE only up to 90.0?

Well...it says it's not compatible, but they be because the simply don't know for sure. I would pull the radio unit out and see if if has a standard car aerial connector - if so, I'm sure the converter will work. Once the unit is out, you could have a look to see if there's a switch - it could...

FM range expanders are readily available for $10-20. Try eBay or similar.

Leaving the car Idle while in "ready" Mode

I braved the manual yesterday and can see how to set up the timers - but there doesn't seem to be a "run now for 'x' minutes/hours" option; so I guess for a once off I'd have to set a timed event for "now" and then delete it later? Or does the app have an "A/C now" option? If so, I'll get it...

Leaving the car Idle while in "ready" Mode

I have so struggled with the manual!! Is that set from the MMCS? Or only the phone app as I've not bothered to set that up

Ah! Obvious now you say it :)

Leaving the car Idle while in "ready" Mode

Can't help with your question, but am interested in how you lock it in ready mode? We'd like to do this for 5 or 10 minutes to leave the AC on if we pop into a shop and leave the dogs for a short while!

No wonder EV drivers hate us..

Would have simply unplugged it and moved it back to my car.

    Considering a 65 Gx4H as a purchase from dealer

Sounds like a good bet to me: £26k for a £39k car that's 6 months old. Can't see what abuse it would have suffered as a demo car that wouldn't be apparent, and you get the remainder of the 3 yr warranty anyway. We've had our GX4h for 2 months, and are really impressed by it's all-round...

    Flappy paddle functions

I thought it illogical, but having had the car for 6 weeks now I don't look at the writing of course as I know which paddle does what. No big deal. Now that's a good explanation - I still find it counter-intuitive having come from a manual car, but I have driven an auto many times and not had an...
