Fog light modification

I wanted to upgrade the fog lights to LEDs in my 2016 G4h. So I got these off Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MREI1WS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
But aarghh!! they work but won't fit in the holder.
So I found these - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01N3R2QNW/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=BA2VHQ4U8OEC&coliid=I1U9GZCIN4G2UR&psc=1
I haven't ordered them yet - the physical structure of them look the same as the original yellow bulbs.

So my question - any one had any experience with these NightEye bulbs?

I brought these ones:

and used a step drill bit to enlarge the opening as per the thread. So far so good.

Sorry for being a bit dipsy - but the ebay advert says Socket: H8 H11
Is it ok for the H16 fog light as stated in the manual?
