Anyway, here's the concept how they did it there:
It's a very small electronic board/circuit that you can wire into the switches in questions wiring. Each seperate. That's what it does; 3 seconds or so after you power up the car, it closes the circuit behind the switch 1 time, like you would press the switch. So like this it simulates a quick press on the button after a few seconds into the power up. Of course after that you can turn on and off like you normally would.
I don't know how to call that thing, but maybe you could google it somehow. I just know, that you can find it small enough even for putting it into very tight spots.
