Winter Tyres

I am just about to take delivery of my 2016 Phev and was wondering about winter tyres steel rim combos any suggestions?The tyres are normally 18 inch but all winter tyre suggestions seem to be 16 inch

I got a set of wheels from wheelbasealloys.com, around £1000 for a set of tyres with alloys and £120 for the needed TPMS sensors to be added

Just got my 2016 model, with original 16" Wheels, the tyres Yokohama, was actually M+S tyres, should be legal for winter, but now fitted with 18" aloy with Nokian unstudded REAL Winter tyres, and I moved the TPMS to the new rims very easy.

Remember if changing wheel type you may need to inform your insurer, and a few companies even insist on telling then when you change to winter tyres now.
