    Replacing the Navigation System

hdasmith i just looked and the only box that keeps aircon etc is for up to 2003 unless i am missing something. I swapped mine and it is great but loose the car specific stuff. But to be honest don't miss it as trip etc is on the main dash.

    Replacing the radio

On the Aftermarket unit you loose the Phew specific stuff. But the trip info etc is available on the main dash between the speedo and that is good enough for me. I replaced it with a Pioneer F60DAB - this gives me the full aple play stuff as well as a great SatNav.

    Replacing the radio

Yes it was very easy to take out. Connects 2 do the cable adapters and fascia adapter so you can use the steering wheel controls and the reverse camera.

    Replacing the radio

I haven't actually found anything missing since i took out the MMCS either on the app or the setting on console screen. Upside is - The sound is better. Phone actually works properly, Decent SatNav.

    Eurotunnel

I have used the Eurotunnel many times. and normal car hight is fine. When you go under the barrier checks the tip of the aerial catches the metal bar but that is all. Fine inside the train.

    Replacement Radio

Has anybody replaced the MMCS with an aftermarket unit and used the Connects2 kit to keep the rear camera? Does it work?

Where/how are you mounting your phone in the PHEV?

I have the pro clip that sits on the left hand side next the screen. Works nicely and is very secure.

Bumper protection (and UK Protection Kit)

Hi, Yes i have the same protection pack as yourself. And i was as unimpressed as yourself. If i had known what they were like i would have bought some from ebay and put them on myself. (of a better quality and protection)

"Fuelly" Accounts to compare consumption data

Hi, Just joined Fuelly. So MPG is 0 at the moment. Despite having covered 1700 miles already I do a lot of long trips as well as short ones. So not expecting huge results from the MPG here but i love the car and MPG goes up nicely when i am doing local runs.

    Discounts available?

I didn't get a Discount of Mitsubishi Cheltenham, But they did reduce the cost of some of the extras i wanted and put a full tank of fuel in it.

The 3yr service plan for £500 seems good value?

I went for the servicing plan as well. as it just gives piece of mind i don't have to pay out for that
