Buzzing sound when accelerating and braking - PHEV 2019

I'm hearing a electrical buzzing sound when stepping on the accelerator or brake. Do you have any idea what is causing this?

Can you record the sound? I think I have an idea of what you are talking about. I hear a noise when pressing the brakes, and the car battery is over 80%, and the paddles are either at D (B2) or more.

No sound at B0.
