Inductive Charging

Is anyone using an inductive charging system on their driveway to recharge the PHEV? I would be loathe to have to recharge the vehicle each time; I just want to drive over an inductive charger and have the recharging done automatically.

I wasn't aware that the Outlander PHEV was going to come with an inductive charging option - so you'd have to install the inductive charging, as well as make something that plugged into your charge port and mounted under the Outlander so not really practical.

The Infiniti LE is apparently going to be the first EV with inductive charging.

That's disappointing. Maybe by the time we get this vehicle in America Mitsubishi will have inductive charging available.

Too lossy , expensive and complex. Just plug the sae J1772 in and be done with it.
