Remote app/charge level

I noticed something strange today. The phev had been on charge for about 2.5hrs on the public charge point outside my office. From an overlooking window I connected my android phone over wifi and checked the charge level. It showed full, but the yellow zig-zag was still flashing. Underneith, it said "Charging completed 1hr 00mins".

So did that mean it would take a further hour to finish charging (in which case why did it show as full?) or the charging had completed in 1hr (in which case how did this complete so fast, I thought it took 3hrs?).

The "charge time left" does not seem to read anything less than 1hr.
During the last 45 min or so the charge rate is reducing as the cars internal charger tops off the cells the last few% is not precisely timed it finishes when the cells reach a specific max voltage and this an depend very much on the temperature of the battery and ambient.

Thanks David. So the answer is that it is ~99% charged and it doesn't know how long that last ~1% will take but it will be less than 1Hr.
