    Bluetooth Phone Pairing

I don't have the MMCS on the 3h+ but I was able to access the settings by pressing the voice button on the steering wheel. The system is then voice activated, you say "Settings" and then the options are spoken to you. The option to change the pin is at the end of the pairing options menu. You...

Regen Braking - Does Anybody Know If It's Changed?

By "screen" are you referring to the touchscreen fancy satnav? Cos I don't have that! I just have the readout on the instrument panel but the "settings" screen disappears when moving :(

Just wanted to say Hi and ask your advice

Hi Paul, Yes, that's what I get. All the way there and 1/3 of the way back. I preheat in the morning but on cold days the ICE has run for a little while to warm up the cabin on the way home. So far I'm very pleased and hopefully it will get a bit better as the weather warms up.

Regen Braking - Does Anybody Know If It's Changed?

Ahh, it might be cruise control that's doing the B2 thing. I'll have another play tomorrow. Thanks!

Regen Braking - Does Anybody Know If It's Changed?

Just a curiosity, I wondered if the regen braking via the paddles has changed on the facelift model? I'm driving a GX3h+ I see a lot of reference on here to coasting in B0 but when I've engaged B0 my graphic suggests that there is no charge going to the battery. When showing D it appears to be...

Just wanted to say Hi and ask your advice

I have a 12 mile commute along dual carriageway. I got my GX3h+ (facelift) in January. At the moment I get about 2/3rds of my journey on electric only. That's in Eco mode with A/C on and sitting at about 65mph on Cruise Control. Without factoring the cost of electric, the car says it's getting...

How to easily identify 2016 model

What colour are you getting? My Orient Red was not available on the old model. Just a thought that you might be able to tell from the order form, if it has a new only colour on it!!

    Mobile Access to Forum

Just wondering if this forum has any plugins allowing it to be used with mobile apps? I've tried a couple of apps, Tapatalk being the main one - it has easily installed plugins for all the big forum software, but can't find the forum in their index. Using a mobile browser isn't the end of the...

    Motability

Yep, my dealer said this when we picked up our car. We got the 3h+. Only available on Motability for 2 months :-( It's a shame, it suits my needs almost perfectly. One tip that might suit some folks, you can now choose to pay the road tax on your Motability vehicle (£0 for the PHEV), on...

    Who are you?

    1. Leased through Motability - Picked up Jan '16 2. GX3h+ 3. Facelift 4. Communte is consitent with battery range and a big enough boot for my wheelchair. 5. East Lothian, Scotland 6. Psychiatric Nurse. I get paid to talk to people. 7. I'd seen a few parked near disabled spaces :-)

    Phone App. * Merged topic*

Couple of things I would try. 1. Sit in the car whilst trying to connect. Phones seem to need a strong connection to the car. If you just have a signal and no more, it won't work. 2. If possible, drive to an area without other wifi signals. Phones will often try to connect to the strongest...

    HELP Sony mobile/APP

I would suggest trying to drive somewhere that is free of other wifi signals. Then try using the app to connect to the car's wifi rather than trying to connect your phone to the car wifi before opening the app. My phone doesn't like it if the phone is connected to the car wifi first. When you...

    Bluetooth Phone Pairing

Same for all our Android phones. Had to reset the code on the car to 0000. It's annoying that I had to do this before each phone pairing. The car defaults back to a random code each time.

Wifi connection for a new car and the app

I've found with my Android N6p on Marshmallow that I need to let the app connect to the car's wifi rather than me connecting the phone to it before starting the app. This was the same for the initial setup. When connecting to the car, I ignore the current wifi settings, and just open the app...

    TIP, TRICKS and MODIFICATIONS

We had lots of problems trying to connect our Android (N6p, SG6e, N4 & a Motorola). The dealer got stuck and went to fetch a tech from the garage. He got my N6p to pair by changing the car settings to fixed pairing code 1234. On returning home, we found this didn't work with Mrs M's N4 so we...
