Thanks for all the replies, I can confirm I am from the UK (Grimsby), I find the DAB issue intermittant and it drives me insane when it starts cutting out every 30 seconds

Any ideas guys, the DAB radio just cuts out constantly and I think poor, so poor I either switch to MW or use the IPOD. And with the IPOD for some reason it shows only 2 books but when I connect it to the PHEV it plays 5 and has the wrong titles. It could be the IPOD but just wondering if...

Gutted Discos, at least mine should go through someone elses insurance. And nope, not using B5, I was turning of a round about when there were cones blocking it due to a serious crash on the A1 so had to stop (there was no way to tell the road was closed until I was about to get off it)...

Over 2100 miles I am average 44MPG which is low but I do long distance driving and knew it would be. On a 42 mile journey I do quite often with a full charge I average 94MPG

It looks like I need to press a button or something but I have no idea why?

If anyone is bothered here is my 20 day update of ownership. I have amassed 1634 miles on this car averaging a massive 45.46 mpg which is less than the 47mpg I averaged on my Civic....however, it is far far more comfortable on long distance journeys! Also, working out my BIK per month I will...

Does the charging stop when it is full? I leave mine on for 7/8 hours on average but it will be at full charge say after 6 hours so do I get charged the extra 2 hours or does the car just stop drawing the juice? thanks

Just back from the football, I've now done 1116 miles in 11 days which is alot for me, going to certainly whack some mileage on this car over three years. Averaged 34mpg with one full charge and then about 350 miles of driving and at the moment it is running more pence per mile than my Civic...

I've seen a couple around Grimsby, 14 plates, no 64's yet but like above I am rubbish at spotting them though I think one and I managed to do the wave to each other...either that or they were waving to someone random whilst parked up at the sports centre

Not sure you are representative of the average user :) Not sure many of us holiday 3 times a year lol! I would say I was nearer average. Half my work is 42 miles each way and I do probably 2-3 times a month journeys of around 150 miles each way. I would want to be high 50's MPG minimum, if not...

We do need to know more about the 2000 odd miles and charging and fuel etc otherwise its unfair out the Outlander if he's reviewing it as a hybrid but not actually bothering to use one part of it.

I'm presuming, if you go down the article his last post before this last one had miles of just under 6k and an alright MPG, then in 2300 miles he either changes his driving style or doesn't bother charging as it drops right down meaning that to get to the overall MPG of 40 odd his last 2000...

It looks nothing like a milk float either as well! They're just taking the piss because its electric!
