Does Outlander PHEV have spare tire or not?

Many electric vehicles that are now can be purchased do not come with a spare tire, but simply a repair kit like the Nissan Leaf comes this way. Can someone inform me of this for the Outlander plug-in hybrid please? Thanks outlander phev forum for your help!

No, the Outlander plug-in hybrid does not come with a spare tire. Typically, on an Outlander, the spare tire is located below the rear cargo area. However, on the Outlander PHEV, there is an electric motor, motor controller, and battery pack located under the rear cargo area. On the PHEV Outlander, Mitsubishi also removed the option for the 6th and 7th seat (3rd row seats) because they needed the space for batteries and other drivetrain components.
