Noise when off and not charging.

2018 PHEV SEL 35K Miles

Walked out to the car yesterday and heard a noise from the front of the car. It sounded like a fan running. I have heard this noise before while the car was off and charging, but yesterday the car was off and not plugged in. Normal? Should I get it looked at?

Was it around 2PM? The 12v battery charges at that time from the main drive battery.
