Is that 5-10K miles of driving the petrol engine? I only notice the smell when the engine turns on, not at all otherwise.

I got my phev 12 days ago, and have barely had the engine turned on. I took have a terrible burning smell in the cabin, but only when the engine is turned on. I think it is surplus oil, or perhaps paint as greendwarf suggested.

If anyone is going to replace the MMCS unit, I'd be VERY interested in buying it off your hands. The MMCS option is not available here in Greenland, but I think it looks good, if nothing else then for the graphics...

I have found lots of documentation that Apple is not providing a solution for this. Seemingly you cannot transfer contact details via Bluetooth, only the entire phone book. I can't even find apps that will do this...

Unfortunately Apple hasn't provided an easy way of doing this from IOS devices. Has anyone found an app which will accomplish this on an iPhone?

So, the Phev/iPod combination is a poor one. What about a USB stick with music in the directory structure prescribed? Would a 64GB USB stick be any faster than an iPod? It would a pain in the a.. to fill it up with music (because I can't use iTunes to sync with), but would it work?
