Wondering if anybody has noticed this.
I start the Outlander in the morning after a full charge and display says EV range is 19 miles.
I have no heating or demisting turned on - but if I press the demist button for a couple of seconds and then switch it off - the EV range now shows 24 or 25 miles.
Its happened a couple of times recently.
Wondering if anybody has come across this?

The guessometer normally calculates based on the last journey - so if you have been belting down the motorway at 70mph in EV, it assumes that your next journey will be similar. I suspect that, as the demister takes power from the battery but provides no forward motion, switching it on and off forces a recalculation based on how you are currently driving.

Yup -try the air-conditioning button for jumping ranges. Do like the rest of us - either ignore it out treat it as a frivolous prediction based on an uncertain past.
